My Syncro has run a little hot (half way between the LED and the HOT
zone even in winter).  But never in the hot zone, ever since I got it a
month ago!  Would you guys recommend changing the thermostat while I
have the distribution unit out?  If yes, what Brand and temp would you
recommend?
