I just purchased a '84 Vanagon GL.  I live in Milwaukee and picked it up in
Indiana.  The odometer hasn't moved since I've got it.  Plus, the
speedometer is about 10 mph too fast.  Reads 65 mph when I'm going 55, etc.
Any ideas on what to do?  I can live with speedometer issue.  But, how do I
get the odometer to start working?
