i just found out that it's NOT a state law to have to turn your good title in
for a salvage cert. for your totalled car. its just a policy that some (not
all) ins. co's have...

once again, the ins co is making it harder for the average person to put
their car back on the road...

(not that any of this pertains to my situation, as my car actually IS
totalled....not only by the ins co, but in my opinion too)
