I tried to open the fridge drain plug that sticks out in the front on the
bottom left hand side and it seemed to be stuck.  Before I try forcing it, I
was hoping someone could tell me how to get it off.  Does it screw off, or
is it supposed to just pop off?  There's a little chain that holds on the
top.  I tried using some pliers on it, but it didn't help so I figured I
would ask the list to find out exactly how it is supposed to come off so I
don't break it trying to get it off the wrong way.
