Have you tried J-B Weld? Works fine filling in the pits in the head itself when doing gasket jobs, may work just as well on your problem. Maby "J-B Welding" one of those copper washers to the head? That way when you torque the head the copper washer takes most of the "twist strain" and not the J-B Weld. Just a thought. ----- Original Message ----- From: Joshua Van Tol <jjvantol@USWEST.NET> To: <vanagon@GERRY.VANAGON.COM> Sent: Monday, May 24, 1999 1:55 PM Subject: waterboxer head nuts leak > Does anyone have suggestions for stopping 1.9 liter waterboxer head nuts > from leaking?
