You need to go to another dealer!!!  We traded a "93 GL in and the trans was
awlful (read that as typical VW EV)... but they sold the incoming party a
warranty!  The trannie went the day after they bought it!!  But guess what,
everyone came out a winner... how much trade-in are they offering??? Sounds
like a tactic to lower the trade-in price.  Typical... Offer them to see
another dealer or two - then watch their action!!  madeline
