a local guy w/ a '84 vanagon needs a 4spd trans. he found one from a aircooled vanagon. i know it's not a bolt in thing, but is it possible to adapt a aircooled 4spd to a waterboxer vanagon? he's pretty determined on making it work... any ideas? chris
