I thought about getting a small solar powered fan from a marine supply
shop and installing that. How?, you ask.
My skylight is all cracked and needs to be replaced. I thought about
cutting a 3" hole in it and then installing the fan. Since it is for use
on a boat, it will not allow in water (AKA rain). Once it is installed I
would silicone the whole unit in. This would keep it from opening and
closing, but the fan would run on it's own to keep everything ventilated.
