Caveat: Shop around in your town for the cost of lifetime
mounting/stems/rotation/balance on tires *NOT* purchased in the store. A
number of places here in Raleigh charged $5-$11.00 per for tires they sold,
and $15++ per for tires that walked in the door. (Ben Dover Tires)

Finally found a place (Atlantic Tire) that does it for the same cost either
way.
