I have a magnet mount CB antenna mounted near the center of the roof of
my hard top vanagon, This should work well on a double cab.  Howerver I
am going to be changing to a rail mount antenna which will be mounted on
the front bar of my yakima.  The magnet mount one gets knocked off by
trees and is rough on the paint.

    I have the same problem with my Double Cab - where to mount an
antenna.  I
    don't want to drill any holes and there is no pop top or back door
to mount
    one on!  Arrrgh!
