Does anyone know if Paul Chen racks is still in business -- or have ANY kind
of phone number for them? The Westy I am buying has two black 3"x4"
retangular black "Paul Chen' metal brackets mounted at top left and right
corners of the hatch (from the side they look like a 'J' hanging down off
the top)......and I'd like to find a bike rack that fits them.
