When the fuel pump in my 84 Westy got noisey i swaped it with a known good unit from my 83.5 parts van, still noiesy. Check fuel pressure my fuel pressure regulator took a crap. Replaced that and noise went away. check book for proper pressure. Eric P 1984 Westfalia(Green Hornet) [text/html]
