Wrong size! Should be 185(80)R14 or 195/75R14 or 205/70R14 (reinforced or C or D). And not cheap. How about Yokohamas for $49 a tire (US)?

While out shopping for new tires I found a set manufactured by Woosung specifically for the vanagon. they were 185/75 8 ply load ratting D . they were only $89 per. that's Canadian money!I Found this to be amazingly cheap for the correct tire. I can't attest to how good these are but a set of 4- $356 is intriguing. Jim
