I got one of the ones from Kmart that look just like the Carat style except
they have a picture of a cup on them (black).  They are better than the
original because you can use them with bigger cups (the arms open up instead
of just a ring).  The mounting points are all the same except for the bottom
middle one.  I was going to drill a hole in the cup holder to mount it in the
stock way but now I have changed my mind.  It is fastened securely by the two
upper screws and not having a lower attachment point gives the cupholder some
give (so it is not so easy to brake when you kick it like the ones you are
replacing were).
$4 at Kmart is a deal on these.
