my horn is dead. the fuse is fine the connections on the steering wheel seem fine. i wired in a new horn and it doesnt' work, so this leads me to believe that the problem is in the wiring. can anyone help, or is there any detailed instructions anywhere. thanks joe 86 vanagon gl
