I purchased some fold down cup holders, with the expandable neck at a local
RV store.  They look and operate just like the originals that were in my bus
when I bought it, before 10 year old son and friends (and my brother-in-law)
managed to snap them off.  They were (as I recall) about $4 each.  They have
been doing just fine for at least about 4 years.
