Hello friends,

Has anyone else experienced problems joining this list as I have? I tried
joining from another account to no avail (same commands used to join from this
address, several times, got no acknowledgement from list server). I finally
managed to join the list from this US based email address (my home email is
non US). I tried emailing the list manager but didn't get a response.
Any ideas why?
