Hello
I recently purchased an '84 GL that appeared to be in excellent condition
having had a new VW shortblock and complete cooling sustem replaced K miles
ago. It ran great for the first few weeks and then started cutting out when
I attempt to accelerate from a start.

I checked fuel pressure and spark which appears to be OK (at least when I
tested it) I exchanged the FI computer and sir box with no luck. At times it
runs OK and then at other timed it cuts out or dies on me. In most cases it
starts right up.

I have another '84GL  to swap parts from if need be.

Any suggestions appreciated.
