Hi
if the pedal builds up pressure with both the van on and off, and then seems
to release the pressure semi-quickly (pedal to the floor almost) at the same
travel point and duration and gives a slight hissing sound while it goes
though that travel point.  Is this the master cylinder? I think it is but
need a second opinion.
