Not so fast, Kemo Sabe!  The fan is supplied separately and is always
live.  If yours doesn't run, it's busted or unhooked or jammed against the
fiberglass insulation or has a bad thermostat or the thermostat isn't
properly touching the fin it's supposed to be attached to.
