Check for a leaking cold start valve, a vacuum leak, a gas tank/fuel
line leak, that your brakes are not binding, and that the clutch is not
slipping.  Otmar covered everything else I can think of.  It could be a
failed Cat that is partially plugged, unleaded gas or not.
