I'm very glad to have the list back.  However, when things settle down a
little bit, can we change the software so each digest is numbered?  Right now
everything is a SPECIAL EDITION, and each digest sent the same day has the
same name, as far as my software is concerned.  This means I can't have my
software download the mail automatically in the middle of the night because
of name conflicts.  I also must rename each file as I save it.  I also
subscribe to the digest version of the Type 2 and Thing list.  These are
serially numbered, as well as the Onelist vanagon list.  It would sure makes
things easier.
