Hi Volks,
I need a source for the following transistor, or a sub for it. It is
used as coil driver on digifant ecus. It has the European nomenclature "
BUV37B ". I don't find it in any of my transistor manuals. Maybe someone
in Europe can find it in one of their manuals. Even Cliff couldn't find this
one. tia
