Hi again,
My good friend and mechanic fixed the wire and connection for my temp sensor
so it all works again but when he was in that area, he said he unplugged and
cleaned a couple of other things that looked grimey.  Now as soon as the
engine drives and goes above about 2k rpms the oil light and buzzer go on.
He went back and checked it all again but to no avail.  Any suggestions on
where else to look for what may have been changed causing this symptom?
