I have. On a slant. The trick to doing it is to securely tape corrugated
cardboard over all the surfaces (including the roof)- that way the furniture
and seat coverings don't get ruined etc. Fridge boxes work great for this.

A tip: - it's much easier to do if you just carry 1/4" plywood sheets!
