Some folks... and I'm not mentioning names... think that maybe our (North
American) gas prices are *too low*.  With relatively cheap gas (compare to
Europe) we have little incentive to conserve.  Isn't there a
traffic/pollution problem -- particularly in West Coast cities?  Maybe you
could lobby for a special cut-rate for relatively small campers ;-)
