Fellows and Fellaws:

In Puerto Rico, they set gas prices per liter so you don't see the whole
number (pumps weren't designed to set prices above $1.00, so they used a
smaller unit).  Right now Premium (93 octane) gasoline is selling for
anything between 32.9 and 36.9 cents a liter that is something around
US$1.25 to US$1.40 a gallon.  Cheaper gas is found with less octane, which I
don't normally use.
