i did the same thing, last month, i got sick of staring at my mangled rear
bumper, so i got a 3" dual tube step bumper thats for a toyota pickup,
welded it to fit, and stuck a nice drop down hitch on it with a nice size
shiny trailer ball thats gauranteed to hole it's share of radiators in the
years to come :)
