For those of you men that can urinate into a used baggie while driving( I've
never been able to so I pull over), launching it out the driver's window
will send your tailgating bud a nice "personal" message to back off.  Those
conscious ofthe enviroment need to employ  a simple fishing rod and reel and
tie the line to the baggie so you don't litter.  A truck driving friend of
mine would launch these at hippies hitch hiking down the highway.  His
resaon was shameless unlike mine.
