I bought one from The Bus Depot last September.  I think it was $29.  This is
the cable that has one end that gets screwed to the accelerator pedal and the
other end that attaches to the lever on the injection pump. (Long cable.)  I
couldn't find it just now on their web site, but if you can't, call them.  I
also purchased one about 10 years ago from the dealer.
