Get a rebuilt from AVP via the Bus Depot or check out the Bob Donalds
rebuilds from http://www.bostonengine.com/.

For about $1800 + core you've got a rebuilt waterboxer.  Save the
difference between this and the $6000 I4 conversion to do about 4-6
sets of head gaskets.  :-)  (cheaper if you do it yourself)
