I got some beautiful Audi 15" alloys for my '85GL.  The hub clearance needs
to be opened up a bit as I have seen posted previously.  The thing that has
me puzzled though is that the hubs will protrude through the wheel making it
impossible to put the center cap back on.  Basically, I would have gorgeous
wheels with an ugly, rusty hub sticking through.  Is this a snag in using
the Audi wheels or am I forgetting something like a thick spacer etc.  Would
such a spacer, if needed, cause me bearing troubles by pushing outward the
wheel mounting point?
