Steve, There is not much to the sensor itself. I would look all around before getting a new one. Can you see it cracked and leaking or is it still comming from the threaded portion of the tank/sensor? If so tighten the Sh**t out of it. I had to do this with a brand new tank and brand new O-ring. It leaked until I tightened it really snug. I think it is 32mm. I used my Campagnolo head spanner from my bicycle to doit. Be careful because the sensor is made of hard nylon/plastic and will wear the edges of the nut if the wrench slips off. I would really put in a new water tank, only $19? dollars with cap from the BusDepot. This could be the cause of the leakeage. They do wear and crack with the heat differential of the coolant. Hope this helps Joel Cort 89 Syncro Westy - currently looking 1Qt. per day from the cracked head. --- Steve Macaulay <smacaulay@INFINTIUM.COM> wrote: > Hi there, > > I'm still leaking some coolant after my recent head > gasket replacement.
