Hello All,

Got the ignition switch fixed with no trouble at all.  Bought a $25 gear
puller from Sears and had the job done in nothing flat.

Once you get the steering lock housing off its just one screw that holds
the electrical part in. Piece of cake!!!

I think working on a Westy (like at lot of other things I've found) is a
lot like kissing girls. The first time you do it, it scares the shit out of
you.........but after a while you find that you like it a lot.

Thanks to all the people who responded to my request for help.......hope I
can return the favor sometime soon.

PS: I drove it around towm after I got it fixed and popped the top when I
got it home.......boy I love this thing. Can't wait to take it on a road
trip.
