My brother is flipping out over the seam rust that is growing on our
newly repainted '87 Syncro.  The body shop wants $475 to do one side over
the rear wheel and the seam behind the both rear wheels.  Is this
something he should tackle?  Leave alone or get soaked AND HAVE THE BODY
SHOP DO IT???
