Naah... I think those used westy owners were just slobs!!!  Kidding aside, I
have noticed the same - not in my van because I wipe it down quickly after a
trip - but in used vehicles.   Maybe the propane puts out negative ions that
then pick-up charged dust particles???  OOOOh it's too early in the morning!
