Anyone have any views on what do do about the horizontal rust seem that
seems fairly common on some westy vans that I've viewed?  Is it only
the west/camper versions that suffer?

Does the rust come start from the inside of the van or from the
outside?

What's the best way to treat/repair it - can it be stopped?
