My brother says his '87 Syncro runs better with a full to half tank
of gas!  Is there any reason why this would occur?  we changed the
filter and checked the flow from the pump and nothing improved?  Even
back flowed the filter again!

Thanks again everyone for the help with the cold running woes I think it
is the temp sensor?  What is the part # for the '87 Syncro?
