> What are people's opinion on the OEM Autobahn batteries? I bought a white Autobahn battery years ago. It was made in Canada. I'd say the only good thing is it looks like original but you have to pay a lot more. It lasted about 3 years which is pretty average life cycle in hot/cold Dallas. I don't think you can find white Autobahn battery anymore. Those black one is make by some US battery manufactures which I don't think it worth the money (~$100). Just bought a Champion International group 41 white battery at Sam Warehouse for $39.95 and now they offer a $10 rebate. Their warranty is better than before now with 2-year replacement and 72-month pro-rated. No complaint on a $29.95 battery which looks like an original white battery and no acid leak like the Diehard. The last thing I want is the acid leak on my Vanagon which has already suffered a head leak.
