Not quite sure what was bad.    In doing all the tests, checking all the
wiring, dismantling partly the injector loom, I could find nothing wrong.
Reconnecting the ECU the van would run and has ever since.
I suspect the aux air valve shorting when its hot, cutting off power to the
injectors but I cant confirm that yet.
