Hi,

I have a broken driver's side wiper shaft on my 89 westy.  I can get at
it by taking out the instrument panel, but haven't been able to pop the
shaft off the linkage.  Is there a way to do this without removing the
dash?  If not, does anyone have any tips on dash removal, and drilling
out the shear bolts?
