I am new to the list and relatively new to the Westfalia world. I bought the West last summer and used it for a few camping trips. I have a four questions (to start with...) concerning the vehicle and I am confident that someone from the list can answer them. 1. After I drove about 100 kilometers, whenever I have to engage the third gear (4 speed trans.) I get a synchro concert and a "clunk". This does not happen on a cold or warm engine. Any explanations? 2. The speed indicator works but the kilometers do not record, is this a simple repair or should I replace the whole speed indicator/odometer unit? The next two questions are, I guess...beginner's questions 3. The opening on the left side to fill the water tank does not accept a garden hose, what kind of adaptor is needed? When I filled it so far, I had to do it from the inside of the van. 4. Is there on the market some kind of propane gas level (or pressure) indicator?
