Auto Salvage yard in N. Litle Rock specializing in foreign vehicles had a 94 Passat VR6 motor for sale for the seemingly unbelievable price of $600. Some of the electronics are missing(and probably expensive to replace). Not sure of mileage on the motor as the car is long gone. would think the long block would be worth that even as a core. Phone number is 501-945-2333. Ask for Leslie or John. They are friends, but I have no interest in the motor or the business. They also had a couple of 5 cyl. cheap including a turbo minus the blower. Conversion freaks take not.
