Subject:Response from clear "Bra" mfgr (Was: Vanagon Bra??)

FWIW, here is the response I got to an inquiry about a custom kit for the
Vanagon. I imagine it would be a good candidate for a list purchase, led by
someone in the Charlotte, NC area...

Thank you for visiting our web site at http://www.invinca-shield.com. We
appreciate your interest in Invinca-Shield pre-cut paint protection kits.

Unfortunately, we do not have a kit prepared for your 1989 VW Vanagon.

Usually, when we get requests for models that are no longer in production, I
suggest that we can do a custom design. When we create a new design, it
takes 3-4 weeks to accomplish. I am wondering how hard it will be for us to
find this particular year, make, and model to create a kit for. We will
have to find one locally to make the kit by. Maybe you can help me out in
locating one here. Invinca-Shield is located in Mooresville, NC. We are 30
minutes north of Charlotte. Perhaps someone on your mail list is close by.

I did receive another request for this same vehicle (1990 model) today. I
feel like it will be in our best interest to get this designed as quickly as
possible. You will be amazed at the difference Invinca-Shield will make on
the frontal areas of your van. Some of our most satisfied customers are RV
owners who also have the flat frontal areas to clean and protect.

I will be able to give you a quote after we have the initial pattern
finished.

All prices include our strong, five-year warranty against peeling, cracking,
shrinking, and yellowing plus installation materials (includes video).
