What kind of symptoms would one expect from a shorted/inconsistent Hall
Sender?  Mine's a little suspect, broken where it attaches to the Disto,
had to do a little rewiring in there as well.

I've done most of the electrical diagnostics on the Hall, and it seems
fine, but Im wondering it its getting jerked around and shorting somewhere
while the van is moving.
