We have been doing this for years in Canada! When techs/tradesmen/businesss people travel in Northen Canada - there is always the problem of how to rapidly cool off your warm beer from the vendor very quickly. What all the above people do, is open the interior window of their hotel room, and place said beverages between the out and inner window. Then, um, remember to close the inner window, and also remember to not fall asleep!
