GL.  The rear interior heater fan seems to have only one speed, and that is
the high one.  I looked at the previous owners records and it seems that a
"resistor" pack has been replaced a couple of times.  I think its for the
rear heater fan and not the cooling fan(who can read those shop receipts
anyway).  Does anyone have an idea on what might be a good remedy here?
