Eric, I'd be interested, but I do have a couple questions. I'm assuming you would have these actually manufactured by someone who is in the business of making wheels, and you are acting as a middle man, facilitating the order of several dozen or hundred of a certain custom size. Is this correct? The biggest question I would have would be one of liability. Should one of these wheels come apart and kill someone, would you be in a position where you could be sued? Would you set yourself up as a warehouse, so that if I bent a wheel two years from now, I could order another? To what extent would the quality of these wheels be guaranteed? If I receive one that is out of round or leaks air, would it be replaced with a friendly smile? I'm not trying to shoot you down here. Theses are just the business questions I have come up with while thinking for a moment. Again, yes I would be interested if they are of good quality. ----- Original Message ----- From: EMZ <vw4x4@FYI.NET> To: <vanagon@GERRY.VANAGON.COM> Sent: Tuesday, November 09, 1999 10:43 AM Subject: New 15" wheels > HI Volks, > > I'm thinking of manufacturing new 15" rims for > our Vanagons.
