Always. Even driving the highway, when a large Semi wizzes past at 75plus, the
van will react. Or coming over the Sunol Grade north of San Jose. The cross
winds can be horrible. If you put a 205R65/15 or 1 215R60/15 on your van, the
stability improvement will be apparent. The ride will be a bit harsher though,
overall.

Besides, I drive my Vanagon "Spirited".
