I haven't experienced it before, but it sounds more like a faulty fan switch or loose connection vice the blower. If the blower went bad then it probably wouldn't work intermitently. And hopefully for you it is the switch, because from what I've read on the list, replacing the front heater blower is no fun. Scott Sackin '84 Westfalia Fredericksburg, VA
